Privacy notice

Effective date: . This notice applies to our independent English-language information pages about Flagman Casino. It does not apply to Flagman Casino itself: when you register, deposit or play there, the casino handles your data under its own rules, and we have no access to your casino account.

Who is responsible for your data

We, the editors of these pages, decide why and how the data described below is processed, so we act as the controller. We are an editorial project, not the casino, and we do not receive any data from the casino about you. You reach us at [email protected].

What data we handle

We handle two kinds of data. The first is what you send us yourself: your e-mail address, the name you choose to give, and the content of your message when you write to the editors about a correction or a question. The second is technical data that your browser passes on whenever it loads a page: your IP address, the type of browser and device, the page requested, and the date and time of the request.
We do not ask you to create an account on our pages, we do not run a registration form, and we do not ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents. Please do not send them to us.

Why we use it and on what basis

We answer your e-mails and correct pages on the basis of our legitimate interest in running an accurate information site, and where your request is a question to us, also to take steps at your request. Technical data is used to deliver the pages, keep them secure and find faults, which rests on the same legitimate interest. If we ever need your consent, for instance for non-essential cookies, we will ask first and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and similar tools

Our pages work with the cookies that are needed to display them. If we add measurement or other optional cookies, we will describe them here before they start and will ask for your consent where the law of your country requires it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; pages should still read normally.

Who else sees the data

Hosting and e-mail providers deliver our pages; they process data on our behalf and only to provide that service. We may disclose data if a court or authority requires it by law. Links to Flagman Casino lead to a different service: once you follow one, the casino’s own privacy rules apply, and we do not control what it collects.

How long we keep it

We keep e-mail correspondence as long as we need to answer you and to document a correction, and we delete it afterwards. Technical logs are kept only as long as they are needed for security and fault finding. We keep data longer only when a legal duty requires it.

Security

We limit access to editorial mailboxes to the editors and use the protection that our hosting and e-mail providers offer. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is another reason not to send sensitive documents to us.

International transfers

Providers that work for us may be located outside your country. Where your data leaves the area in which you live, we rely on the safeguards that the law of your country recognises for such transfers.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, and for its correction, deletion or restriction. You can object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest, ask for your data in a portable form where that applies, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send the request to the e-mail address above; we will answer without undue delay.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country. We would still like the chance to fix the problem first.

Minors

These pages are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and a material change is explained on this page before it applies.
